FAQs
Q1:What format file you accept to print? Answer
A: We accept PDF, TIF/TIFF, JPG/JPEG, AI format files.
Q2:What's resolution of the artwork you accept? Answer
A: For photograph artwork, we need 150 dpi or higher on actual size. OR 300 dpi on half size.
Q3:Which colour system you are using for print? Answer
A: Our printing machines are CMYK printers, so please setup the artwork to CMYK colour.
Q4:Could you match Pantone(PMS) colour? Answer
A: We can match the Pantone(PMS) colour as close as possible but not 100%. Customer must let us know which PMS colour will be matched when put the order.
